Nawaz Sharif, the leader of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), was incensed by a live lion that was brought to a rally in Lahore on Tuesday. The PML-N leader Marriyum Aurangzeb said that the large cat, which had been brought to the Nawaz Sharif Lahore Rally by a party worker, had been “returned immediately on Nawaz’s instruction.”
At the gathering in the NA-130 Lahore constituency—from which Nawaz Sharif is also running in the election scheduled for February 8, 2024—a tiger and a lion were brought.
While PML-N employees and supporters snapped photographs with the wild creatures inside iron cages, the animals were left unattended.

Nawaz Sharif spearheaded a public rally in NA-130, with participation from Maryam Nawaz, senior vice president of the PML-N.
